Terrible Customer Service

I was so thankful to pay off my loan because I would never do business with TCU again. After many, many requests to change my address, it was never done, even after I paid off the loan. Because the loan was overpaid, it took them months to finally get the money overpaid back to me and it was sent to the wrong address, which held the money up even longer. Calling them is a joke, hopefully you have lots of time on your hands because you could hold for 20 minutes or more.

I would not recommend doing any business with this credit union to anyone. They are brutal and will not work with anyone on financial situations at all.
