Established in 1951 by the National Football Foundation, the College Football Hall of Fame is a museum devoted to college football and features memorials, a gift shop and a restaurant. There are a number of permanent exhibits, including a virtual stadium, a fitness room where you can test your agility, speed and reaction time, and a hall of champions from 1940 to present. The hall of fame also offers student oriented education programs like the Stay in Bounds program, designed to build respect, character, and a healthy love for competition. It is located in South Bend's downtown district, near the Notre Dame campus.
Open Mon. - Thurs. 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Fri. - Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sun. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Closed holidays.
Adults $11; Seniors (62+) and Students $8.00; Children (5-12) $5; Children under are 4 free.
